Terms of Use for the DartSense App

1. Scope: These terms of use apply to all users of the DartSense App.

2. License: The operator of DartSense grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the app.

3. Registration and Login: Users can sign in using their Google or Apple accounts. You are responsible for the security of your account and the accuracy of your information.

4. Multiplayer Features: Future multiplayer features are subject to these terms of use. Users are responsible for their behavior in multiplayer sessions.

5. User Obligations: You agree not to use the app for unlawful purposes and to comply with all applicable German laws and regulations.

6. Data Protection: Your personal data will be treated in accordance with DartSense’s privacy policy, which complies with GDPR provisions.

7. Property Rights: All copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the app and its content belong to the operator of DartSense.

8. Limitation of Liability: The operator of DartSense is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to Terms of Use: The operator of DartSense reserves the right to change these terms of use at any time.

10. Termination: This license is valid until terminated by you or the operator of DartSense.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction: These terms of use are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Disputes will be exclusively settled in the courts of Memmingen.

12. In-App Purchases:

    • Offered Purchases: The DartSense App offers various in-app purchases, including subscriptions and one-time purchases of virtual goods.
    • Payment Terms: Payments are made through the chosen payment method. All prices include VAT.
    • Refund Policy: Refunds at the discretion of the operator and in accordance with legal provisions.
    • Price and Service Changes: Prices and services may change. Users will be informed about significant changes.
    • Subscription Management: Subscriptions can be managed and cancelled by the user at any time.

13. Account-Sharing: Sharing account credentials and simultaneous usage by multiple individuals are not allowed and may result in an account ban. Our platform requires each account to be used exclusively by a single user to ensure the security and integrity of the services. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in avoiding misuse.
